What is pranayama therapy course about?
Many yoga practitioners tend to give more attention to the physical body exercises - aka the asanas - and ignore other important aspects of the yoga practice such as pranayama and meditation?. However, breath is considered as a bridge between Physical and Psychic body, so in practice of Yoga it helps to operate efficiently with body and move attention to a subtle level work too. This special course Pranayam Therapy was designed by our experienced certified yoga teacher Ksenia Ji and aimed to take your practice on a different level by gradual study of breath nature and its power as well as how to develop and use it for your yogic practices daily and in a therapeutic way.
What is the meaning of pranayama ?
The word Pranayama is consisted of two words. ‘Prana’ refers to the vital energy or breath that is responsible for life and ‘ayama’ means extension. Thus, Pranayama, in simple terms, is the practice of breath regulation which cause regulation of vital energy “prana” which on a physical level brings lightness to the body and remove diseases, while on psychic level it brings mental clarity, calms the mind and induces a meditative state. That is why in ancient scripts pranayama considered as a first step of stairs towards meditation?.

Students of any level Asana practice can find this course if very beneficial if only they want to improve in physical aspect of yoga or even step further towards advanced yoga practices.
What Will I learn in the course ?
Within 1 0 days course we will introduce you practical knowledge of Pranayama, that will help you not only in yogic practice but also in your daily life. We will teach you different breathing techniques with explanation of its benefits and contradictions. We will lead you through the course from Pranayam philosophy and theory understanding, towards breath anatomy studying and detailed practice of pranayama techniques.
Why is this course special ?
Our school works with small groups only in order to be able to pay attention and suit the training to each one of them. Furthermore, we adjust both the practical and theoretical pranayama classes according to the students level in the group so they get more benefits from the course.
How can I improve my practice after the pranayama course ?
When the practitioners finish the pranayama training the will be have the required tools to continue with the daily pranayama practice. Additional guidance will be provided by the school if needed.
After the course, practitioners can proceed with other specific programs such as: yoga alignment and adjustment course (several levels), and courses with specialization on traditional hatha yoga, ashtanga vinyasa and meditation.

The deposit fee represents 200 USD and is required to book accommodation for a student. Students can pay deposit fee via PayPal account. Together with PayPal transfer charge deposits fee is 210 USD. This deposit fee is a part of the entire course fee. It is not refundable, however if you can not come for the course after paying the deposits fee, you can transfer it for any other future course with our school within one year. The rest of the course fee students can submit by cash at arrival within first three days. No refunds are available on cancellation after submitting and starting the course.
“I've tried ashtanga and hatha with Prashant, and vinyasa with Ksenya. They are both absolutely superlative teachers with the ability to give fantastic alignments and adjustments, along with brilliant cues. Prashant is a great teacher for people who haven't done a lot of ashtanga before as he really cares about you being correctly aligned before moving into the fast flow. A super knowledgeable teacher with a really caring and funny demeanour. I wish I'd been able to do more of Ksenya's classes as they are by far the best vinyasa I've ever done by a long shot. “I've been doing yoga for about 7 years now and I teach ryoho yoga therapy. I was really looking for a traditional basic hatha class in rishikesh. Ksenia teaches both hatha and vinyasa flow. Both classes were excellent and I had the opportunity to do about 5 classes with her. Every class she prepared the body very well for the goal of the class ( could be shoulders, or hips or legs/knees etc). I really felt a positive change in body structure and I was able to go deeper into asanans. Ksenia gives the right cues to achieve subtle changes that are very important to enter the asanas in the right way and get the full benefit from them.
